We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff was amicable and always willing to help. The hotel had a great location and transportation was easily accessible. The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable and we loved the facilities provided.

The beds and mattresses were of poor quality. Despite attempts by the staff to rectify the issue, a good night's sleep was difficult to come by. It was learnt that the hotel would undergo renovations in the upcoming weeks and months, which is a positive sign, however, at this moment in time, I wouldn't recommend it.

We spent a wonderful New Year's Eve trip and were impressed by the hospitality of the reception staff, always willing to help. The room was cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view of the environment. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool, which had warm water, making it perfect for a relaxing swim. Another great feature was the delicious breakfast, which offered both sweet and savory options.

The bed was uncomfortable, and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep. Even though the staff tried to address the issue, we still found the mattresses to be bad and even had to change rooms.
